Giving at the Lycée
As an independent school, the Lycée receives no government funding. The School’s annual operating income consists of four sources: tuition, co-curricular activities and fees, philanthropic support, and support from the endowment.
The Lycée depends on voluntary gifts to provide the best education possible and prepare today's students to be the thinkers, innovators and leaders of tomorrow. We are grateful to the parents, alumni, faculty and staff, and other community members who generously contribute to the school's fundraising efforts.
The two main ways to give to the Lycée are by participating in the annual Gala, and making a gift to the Annual Fund. Restricted major gifts in support of capital projects, educational programs and the endowment are another important part of giving to the Lycée.

Please use our online gift form for credit card donations. You may also call the Annual Fund Office with your credit card information at 212-439-3852. -
Stock
For transfer of appreciated securities held for more than one year, please see the instructions below. Please note that securities are valued at the mean price on the date of transfer to the Lycée.

Checks are made payable to the Lycée Français de New York. Additionally, please write Annual Fund in the memo section of the check.

Matching Gift
If your employer has a matching gift program, please send your company’s matching form in addition to your Lycée contribution. We will return the form to your company, which will issue a matching gift contribution directly to the Lycée. A Lycée donor receives full credit for both the original gift and the amount of the match. -
Planned Giving
Planned or deferred gifts such as bequests, gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts, insurance policies or retirement plans, provide future income to the Lycée and may involve tax benefits for donors. When you plan a gift to the Lycée in your long-term estate or financial plans, you create a legacy that supports our mission for generations to come.
